How do you get Family Feud Online Party to recognize that you have internet connection?

I have downloaded the game and I want to play, but it won't recognize that I have an Internet connection. It just sits there waiting for it to connect. Does anyone have any ideas so I can play this game?? Thanks for your help in advance!!|||Your firewall could be blocking it. Bring up your firewall settings and grant/allow it access to the net.
