Why doesn't the keyboard on my macbook pro doesn't respond when I want to play flash games online?

I'm using Safari, the keyboard isn't broken as I'm using it to type this message. It used to work and it is only recently that it has stopped working. I'm using it to play games such as Family Feud and when I try to type in answers it doesn't respond. Thanks :)|||Do you have the latest Flash player? Have you checked the Flash settings (in System Preferences)?|||apple hates flash. that's why it doesn't work on ipads or iphones.
